Mom, Ann Judson Van Rossum, inspired her children throughout their lives to strive and
follow their dreams. The shop, its vision and goals are dedicated to her memory.

| Will, his wife, Carol and daughter, Christine, live in Waxhaw. Will first started wrenching on
bikes in Boone, NC in the '80's before moving to Steamboat Springs, CO. He lived there for 10
years and worked as a professional ski instructor and continued to wrench on bikes in the off season.
He fine tuned his mechanic skills at Barnette Bicycle Institute in Colorado Springs in 1995.
He has competed in many cycling events, triathalons and mountain bike racing. His wife, Carol,
is a Physician Assistant in Charlotte for Carolinas Health Care System. |

Mark Bolt has worked in bike shops for many years as well. Once an expert mountain bike racer, he is now working
his way back to being a strong mountain bike racer after attaining his MBA and years of working in the corporate
world. That MBA now stands for "Must Bike Another Trail". He has cycled in the high country of Boone, NC for over
10 years. It was there he met and married Tonia. They live in Ft. Mill with 2 sons, Nolan and Cole. |

| Bolt sister, Kim, can frequently be seen around the shop on weekends. She is the Publisher of the Charlotte
Apartment Guide. Her husband, Alan, works with RP Design Web Services, who has supported our web site and contributed to its existence. |

Lee Van Rossum, is another presence on the weekends! He is an accountant with Carolinas Healthcare System and helps keep the numbers
straight to keep us functioning. He is looking forward to taking up the art of cycling with Will and Mark, in between rounds of golf. |
